I have served as an Energy Specialist for DOE’s European Regional Office (US Embassy Sofia) since February 2013. Before joining the DOE, I was the Policy Analyst in charge of the energy portfolio of Bulgarian think-tank CSD, and a Research Analyst for the D.C.-based NCRC. I hold a Master’s Degree in Population and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from George Mason University (GMU).
