Bio

I lead Bidgely's Strategy & Growth team, which supports strategic initiatives across multidisciplinary teams to launch new solutions and expand Bidgely’s impact in the utility industry. I am the company's subject matter expert on our CX and EV solutions, working with our utility partners to design innovative programs that reshape the relationship between the utility and its customers. I have been working in the energy industry since 2014 and I hold an MA from Yale University.
