Ph.D. candidate in Planning & Public Policy. Holds M.Sc. in Transportation Eng. & B.Sc. in Civil Eng. In 2017, she was the sole Brazilian selected for the Turin School of Regulation course (Italy). In 2019, she was the sole Brazilian at the NISPAcee conference, presenting research on transport fares in the Czech Rep. She has 11+ years of experience as a Regulation Analyst, currently in the Energy Coordination Office at the Ceará State Regulatory Agency.
