Bio

With a background in law and economics, I gained expertise in civil law and European legal systems during two years as a legal intern at Herbe Law Firm. At ILSAF, I focus on legal publications, research, journals and dialogues on Afghanistan’s legal landscape since 1998. Through AJSO, I support media security, conflict analysis, and press freedom, connecting Afghan journalists with international media and providing digital security training.

  Overseeing financial management and project coordination to support Afghan girls in Oman as they resettle in Germany, following the withdrawal of USAID funding.

  Currently assisting in the editorial process of the Journal of the Afghan Legal Studies (JALS), a peer-reviewed publication featuring articles in Dari, Pashto, and English, collaborating with an international team of scholars to produce high-quality legal scholarship. My responsibilities include editing, translating, and publishing articles, journals, and books that explore various legal frameworks – state, international, Islamic, and customary law and their societal impacts.
