Shqipe Neziri Vela is an energy sector specialist and an anti-corruption practitioner. She has over 20 years of professional experience with various development agencies and foreign governments managing large-scale projects in energy, environment, and anti-corruption. She is the co-founder and the chairperson of Kosovo Women in Energy and Mining. She teaches Energy Policy at Rochester Institute of Technology in Kosovo, and is a mentor at the Global Women’s Network in Energy Transition.
