  Legal Counsel for the project developer of the Gvozd wind power plant (WPP) with an installed capacity of 54MW, to be constructed in Nikšić, Montenegro.rnrnInvolved in project development, including obtaining mandatory construction permits (for the main project and associated facilities), managing grid connection and infrastructure matters, securing project financing (EBRD loan), overseeing procurement procedures, handling corporate affairs, and coordinating the project's acquisition by EPCG AD.

  SS&A Power Development - Contract / consultant From January 2021 to Present

  Advised on development of energy projects in Montenegro, including gas power plants, solar power plants and energy storage pilot project, all developed by locally present SPVs owned by SS&A Power Group. Member of team engaged to prepare a Preliminary Feasibility Study with focus on empowering the Montenegrin energy system by use of combined energy resources, including both renewable and non-renewable fuels, procured by Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD (2022).
