  As a European Energy Poverty and Alternative Dispute Resolution Policy Consultant for the ESRC Just Energy project (2018-2021), I was at the forefront of a pivotal research initiative that addressed access to justice for vulnerable and energy-poor consumers across five European nations.

  In the EU-funded LEAP-RE (Grant 963530), my contribution to the EURICA project (WP15) has been pivotal in integrating human-centric research with demand-side energy response in Africa, where resources are notably scarce. My role has been to illuminate the path to energy flexibility through a lens of sustainability and justice.

  As the Secretary-General of NEON from 2014 to 2018, I was instrumental in shaping the landscape of energy alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at the European level. NEON, as a collective of public ombudsmen and energy regulatory authorities, is dedicated to ensuring Access to Justice and Consumer Protection within the European Energy Sector.
