The Florence School of Regulation is looking for a Project Assistant to join its dynamic environment and contribute to the School’s strategic development!

Your main tasks will include:
🔹 Coordinating research and outreach for 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘞𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯, in coordination with different stakeholders both internally and externally;
🔹 Contributing to research, policy analysis, fundraising, dissemination, and community building;
🔹 Monitoring outstanding tasks, deadlines, and requests
🔹 Liaising with all teams within the Florence School of Regulation.

Requirements

Essential:
• BA in Political or Social Sciences, Communications, Public Affairs, Economics or Engineering;
• Demonstrated experience in project management, gender mainstreaming (preferably in the energy sector), and stakeholder relations;
• Previous proven experience or knowledge in energy, climate and sustainability areas.
Desirable:
• Demonstrated work experience in the EU institutions, Agencies or Delegations;
• Proven excellent communication and editing skills acquired through previous work experience or training.
