Your responsibilities

• You maintain an overview of exciting events related to energy policy and examine the best options for participation
• You are responsible for lecture and participation management for industry-relevant events, are in contact with the organizers and take over the entire coordination process
• With your creativity, writing talent and strategic thinking in the field of social media, you design target group-specific content creation
• You keep an eye on trends and work with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & X
• As part of the Event Marketing & Creative team, you will support us in our day-to-day business as required, e.g. with research tasks or event planning

Your profile

• Ideally, you have a degree in marketing, event management, communication, media or training in the event sector
• You are interested in energy policy topics and preferably already have relevant practical experience in the areas of event management and social media
• You like to actively contribute new creative ideas
• You have strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative
• You are very familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and the common social media platforms
• You speak German at a native speaker level and have a very good command of English
