Your responsibilities

  • You organize events and external appearances such as trade fairs, sponsorships and specialist conferences from conception to implementation and accompany them on site if required (primarily in southern Germany)
  • You coordinate internal team events, from Christmas parties to multi-day getaways• You will be involved in the planning, organization and implementation of our webinars and online formats for our customers
  • You support the conception, writing and design of event material in collaboration with designers
  • As part of the Event Marketing & Creative team, you will support us in our day-to-day business as required, e.g. with research tasks or in the area of social media

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have a degree in marketing, event management, communication, media or training in the event sector – career changers are also welcome
  • You are interested in event organization in the field of energy policy and ideally already have relevant practical experience
  • You work self-responsibly and like to actively contribute new ideas
  • You have strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative
  • You are very familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, previous experience with Zoom is a plus
  • You speak German at native speaker level and have a very good command of English
  • You are willing to travel within Germany for short periods of time
